Ingredients

– 6 oz dry sparkling wine – 1.5 oz elderflower cordial or syrup – 4-6 mint leaves – 2-3 lime wheels

Add 4-6 mint leaves in the glass and muddle them

Add 1.5 oz of Elderflower Syrup
