Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 0.75 honey syrup
  • 0.75 lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Add everything to an ice-filled shaker, shake very well.
  • Strain into chilled coupe.

Notes

Mix your honey syrup before adding ice ! Either mix cold water and honey in a jigger, or add honey, water, and lemon juice in the shaker and mix it there BEFORE adding the ice.
