Airmail Cocktail Recipe
A rum and champagne cocktail just perfect for New Years Eve parties !
Ingredients
- 1 oz white rum
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- 0.5 oz honey syrup
- 2.5 oz sparkling wine
Instructions
- Add rum, lime juice, honey syrup, and ice to a shaker. Shake well.
- Strain into champagne glass, top with sparkling wine.
Notes
Honey syrup in 1:1 honey to water. You can mix it in a jigger until honey is dissolved. DO NOT ads honey to the shaker and then ice directly on top. Dissolve the honey first.
