Strawberry Lemon Drop Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz strawberry syrup
  • granulated sugar for the rim

Instructions
 

  • Wet the rim of a Martini glass, dip it in granulated sugar. Set aside.
  • In a shaker combine vodka, Cointreau, lemon juice, strawberry syrup, and ice. Shake very well.
  • Strain into sugared Martini glass.

Notes

  • The recipe calls for simple, plain vodka but you can try using flavored vodka (maybe citrus) to get a more complex flavor.
  • The sugar rim is completely optional, but it always looks nice.
