Cuba Libre Cocktail Recipe

A rum and coke that's captured the hearts of many (including mine!) and perhaps the best way to enjoy a Cola-Cola mix.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz rum
  • 3 oz coke or to top
  • lime garnish

Instructions
 

  • Build in Collins or highball glass filled with ice.
  • Pour in rum, then top with coke.
  • Stir, garnish with lime.

Notes

  • A bit of lime juice is optional but does help things along.
  • You can scale the rum up or down, depending on how much of a buzz you want. This is my usual ratio, 3:1 coke to rum.
