Pomegranate Gimlet Cocktail Recipe

A gimlet is always delicious, so imagine how much better it can get when you add a bit of pomegranate !

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 oz gin
  • 0.5 oz lime juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 1.5 oz pomegranate juice

Instructions
 

  • In a shaker combine all ingredients plus ice, shake very well.
  • Strain into chilled coupe glass.

Notes

If you want a sweeter or more flavorful gimlet, consider using pomegranate syrup instead of simple syrup and omit the pomegranate juice entirely.
