Cinnamon Tequila Sour Cocktail Recipe

A spicy take on the Tequila Sour, perfect for the fall season.

- 2 oz tequila
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 0.5 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz egg white or aquafaba
- 1 barspoon ground cinnamon
Add everything into a shaker, without ice. Dry shake for 10-15 seconds.
Open shaker carefully, add ice, shake another 10-15 seconds.
Strain everything into a chilled coupe glass.
- Dry shaking makes more foam than shaking with ice (form the beginning).
- The dry shake builds up a lot of pressure in the shaker, be careful when opening it since ti may spill.
- You will get ground cinnamon at the bottom of your glass.
