Tips & Tricks

Create a homemade blackberry syrup by simmering blackberries with sugar and water, then straining out the solids. This adds a concentrated blackberry flavor and allows for better control of sweetness.

Add depth and warmth to the cocktail by infusing the bourbon with spices like cinnamon, cloves, or star anise, imparting a rich, spiced undertone to the drink.
