Ingredients

  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz cream of coconut
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 oz blue curacao

Instructions

  1. In a shaker add all your ingredients, plus plenty of ice.
  2. Shake very very well.
  3. Strain into cocktail glass over fresh ice.
  4. Garnish with pineapple and serve.

Notes

This comes out great as a blended drink. SImply mix all the above ingredients with 8 oz of ice, in a blender, until smooth.
