Ingredients
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz cream of coconut
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz blue curacao
Instructions
- In a shaker add all your ingredients, plus plenty of ice.
- Shake very very well.
- Strain into cocktail glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with pineapple and serve.
Notes
This comes out great as a blended drink. SImply mix all the above ingredients with 8 oz of ice, in a blender, until smooth.
