  • 1 oz applejack
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • 1 oz vermouth rosso
  • 2 dashes bitters
  • 2 oz ginger ale
  • 2 oz Cola
  • assorted fruit slices


  1. Build in glass, starting with plenty of ice in a tall glass, plus the cut fruit.
  2. Pour in all the alcohol and bitters, stir a bit.
  3. Pour ginger ale and Cola, and stir again to combine.
