Chai Spiced Whiskey Sour

Ingredients

  • 2 spiced chai teabags
  • 2.5 oz whiskey
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • ground cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

  1. In your whiskey steep the two teabags for approx. 1 hour. Strain when needed.
  2. In a shaker add ice, the chai whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white, and syrup.
  3. Shake very well to chill and foam up the egg.
  4. Strain into brandy cup and lightly dust with cinnamon before serving.
