  • 2 oz rum of choice
  • 4 oz frozen pineapple chunks
  • 4 oz frozen pink dragon fruit
  • 3 oz coconut milk
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • pineapple juice to thin it out if necessary


  1. In a blender add frozen fruit, coconut milk, syrup, and rum.
  2. Blend until smooth, add more pineapple juice if you want it thinner.
  3. Garnish and serve.


This comes out fairly thick, depending on your coconut milk.
