- 1 oz light rum
- 1 oz coconut rum
- 2 oz fresh strawberries
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz coconut cream
- 1 banana
- 8 oz ice
Instructions
- Add the rums and strawberries to a blender, and blend until very smooth. Set aside.
- Rinse blender, then add pineapple juice, coconut cream, banana, and 8 oz ice into the blender and blend until very smooth. Set aside.
- Pour both blends into a hurricane glass at the same time, from the opposite sides. They will swirl together and the strawberry layer should slowly rise to the top, like a lava lamp.
