  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • sprig of mint
  • 0.5 oz lime juice
  • 1.5 oz rum
  • 1.5 oz mango nectar
  • club soda to top


  1. In a shaker add 6-7 mint leaves and the lime juice. Muddle well.
  2. Add simple syrup, rum, mango nectar, and ice.
  3. Shake very well to combine and chill.
  4. Strain into tall glass over plenty of ice.
  5. Top with club soda, stir gently to combine.
