Notes
Normally a Negroni is always made with Campari, but if it's too bitter for your taste you can use Aperol instead (it's a bit sweeter).
Tips & Tricks
Add a twist by infusing the mezcal with citrus fruits like oranges or grapefruits for a refreshing and citrusy variation on the traditional recipe.
Enhance the smoky flavor of the mezcal by rinsing the glass with a smoky scotch whisky before adding the other ingredients, intensifying the smokiness of the cocktail and adding a rich, peaty aroma.
