Mezcal Negroni

Ingredients

  • 1 oz mezcal
  • 1 oz orange aperitif
  • 1 oz sweet vermouth
  • orange twist to garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing glass add one large block of ice, then the spirits.
  2. Stir well to combine and chill.
  3. Strain over ice-filled rocks glass, garnish with orange twist.

Notes

Normally a Negroni is always made with Campari, but if it's too bitter for your taste you can use Aperol instead (it's a bit sweeter).
