A delicious spin on the classic drink, with a hint of spice and rum.


  • 2 oz vodka
  • 0.5 oz coffee liqueur
  • 1 oz RumChata
  • brown sugar for the rim (optional)


  1. In a shaker add ice, vodka, coffee liqueur, RumChata, and shake very well.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass, over ice.


For the sugar rim rub the rim of the glass with a bit of coffee liqueur, then dip it in granulated brown sugar. It will stick to the glass as it dries.

For a prettier presentation you could build this in the glass, over ice, and only stir it a little to get a swirl effect. Be sure to have all your ingredients chilled if you do this.
