Sharing is caring!

The Strawberry Collins is a refreshing cocktail that combines gin, lemon juice, strawberry puree, and grenadine, topped with club soda. This vibrant drink is a fruity twist on the classic Tom Collins, offering a delightful balance of sweet and tart flavors with a fizzy finish. It’s typically served over ice in a tall glass, making it perfect for warm weather or any time you crave a refreshing beverage.

Tasting Notes

Tasting the Strawberry Collins, the first thing you notice is the bright, tangy flavor of the lemon juice, which provides a crisp, refreshing start. This tartness is quickly balanced by the sweetness of the strawberry puree and grenadine, creating a harmonious blend that is both sweet and slightly tart.

The gin adds a subtle botanical note that enhances the overall flavor without overpowering the fruitiness of the drink.

As you continue to sip, the club soda adds a pleasant effervescence that lightens the cocktail and makes it incredibly refreshing. The combination of flavors is well-balanced, making each sip enjoyable and easy to drink.

The strawberry puree adds a natural fruitiness that pairs beautifully with the tart lemon and sweet grenadine, while the gin’s botanical notes provide a sophisticated touch to this delightful cocktail.

Tips & Tricks

Replace the lemon juice with lime or orange juice for a different citrus profile.

Include a splash of elderflower or raspberry liqueur for an extra layer of flavor.
