Ingredients
- 2 oz bourbon
- 0.75 oz simple syrup
- 0.75 oz lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- orange slice and cherry for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a shaker add egg white, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bourbon. Shake very well, it will build pressure.
- Carefully open shaker and add some ice. Close it back and shake again for a few seconds.
- Strain into a lowball glass, spoon extra foam if you want.
- Garnish and serve immediately.
Notes
You can sub aquafaba for egg white if you don't want or can't use egg white. You will get a similarly thick foam.
