- 8 oz boiling water
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- 4 oz coconut rum
- 2 oz blue curacao
- 2 oz vodka of choice
- whipped cream, dessert cherries, and fresh pineapple for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a container mix boiling water and jello powder, mix to melt gelatin.
- Add pineapple juice, coconut rum, blue curacao, and vodka to the jello mix and stir to combine.
- Pour the still warm jello mix into plastic jello shots (without the lids).
- Place all the shots in the fridge to solidify (about 4h).
