Yield: 24 oz

Take a Dip into Tropical Bliss with Every Bite


  • 3 oz box of blue jello of choice
  • 8 oz boiling water
  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • 4 oz coconut rum
  • 2 oz blue curacao
  • 2 oz vodka of choice
  • whipped cream, dessert cherries, and fresh pineapple for garnish (optional)


  1. In a container mix boiling water and jello powder, mix to melt gelatin.
  2. Add pineapple juice, coconut rum, blue curacao, and vodka to the jello mix and stir to combine.
  3. Pour the still warm jello mix into plastic jello shots (without the lids).
  4. Place all the shots in the fridge to solidify (about 4h).
  5. Garnish before serving these, or putting them on the buffet table.
