Tasting Notes
Upon the first sip, the Blue Lady Cocktail presents a delightful burst of citrus flavor, thanks to the blue curaçao and lemon juice. The blue curaçao offers a sweet, orange-like taste, balanced beautifully by the tartness of the lemon juice. As the drink settles on the palate, the gin’s botanicals come forward, adding a layer of complexity with hints of juniper and other herbal notes. The egg white contributes a creamy, velvety texture, making each sip smooth and luxurious.
As you continue to enjoy the cocktail, the interplay of flavors becomes more pronounced. The sweetness of the blue curaçao remains a consistent base, while the gin’s aromatic qualities enhance the overall experience. The lemon juice ensures a crisp, clean finish, leaving a refreshing aftertaste.
The egg white not only adds texture but also helps to mellow the sharper elements, creating a perfectly balanced and harmonious drink that is both refreshing and indulgent.
