The Electric Shark Cocktail is a vibrant, tropical drink that combines spiced rum, blue curacao, and pineapple juice, topped off with ginger beer.
Its bright blue color is visually striking, reminiscent of ocean waters, making it an eye-catching choice for any summer gathering or beach-themed party.
This cocktail balances the sweet and fruity flavors of pineapple juice with the spicy notes of rum and the refreshing kick of ginger beer.

Tasting Notes
A splash of fresh lime juice can add a zesty, tangy kick, enhancing the cocktail’s overall freshness.
Substitute ginger beer with ginger syrup and soda water to control the level of sweetness and spiciness more precisely — or try a ginger beer paloma for a fizzy, refreshing twist with a spicy edge.
A few drops of aromatic bitters can add depth and complexity, balancing the sweetness with subtle herbal notes.
So the next time you crave something cozy, skip the wine or whiskey — grab one of these warm non alcoholic fall drinks instead. Trust me, they’re just as comforting, and you won’t miss the alcohol one bit.
