Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- half a lime cut into wedges
- 2 thick slices cucumber
- 4 dashes hot sauce of choice
- 4 dashes Worchester sauce
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Instructions
- In an empty shaker muddle lime, cucumber, simple syrup.
- Add to the shaker ice, gin, salt, pepper, Worchester sauce, hot sauce, and shake very well.
- Strain over ice-filled rocks glass, garnish with cucumber slice, salt, and pepper.
Notes
This gets very messy and might not be easy to strain with the shaker's built-in strainer. You can use a hawthorn strainer instead.
