Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • half a lime cut into wedges
  • 2 thick slices cucumber
  • 4 dashes hot sauce of choice
  • 4 dashes Worchester sauce
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions

  1. In an empty shaker muddle lime, cucumber, simple syrup.
  2. Add to the shaker ice, gin, salt, pepper, Worchester sauce, hot sauce, and shake very well.
  3. Strain over ice-filled rocks glass, garnish with cucumber slice, salt, and pepper.

Notes

This gets very messy and might not be easy to strain with the shaker's built-in strainer. You can use a hawthorn strainer instead.
