Ingredients
- 12 oz cream soda
- 0.5 oz butterscotch syrup
- a splash of butter extract
- whipped cream to top
Instructions
- In a mug add your butterscotch syrup, butter extract, and 2-3 oz of cream soda.
- Whisk or stir until very well combined (this will knock most of the bubbles out)
- Add the remainder of the cream soda, and stir gently to combine.
- Top with whipped cream, and maybe drizzle some butterscotch syrup over the top.
Notes
There is no alcohol in this, nor in the original wizarding drink. But if you do want to spice this up a bit you may want to go with the vanilla-caramel theme. So butterscotch schnapps, vanilla vodka, spiced rum maybe ?

For a creamier and richer drink, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
