- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 1.5 oz gin of choice
- 0.75 oz lemon juice
- 0.75 oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- garnish - matcha powder and/or dried lime wheel

- For the matcha - in a cup whisk matcha powder and hot water until fully combined. Set aside.
- In a shaker add lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white, prepared matcha, and gin. Shake without ice and keep the lid on very tight.
- Carefully open the shaker and add ice, close, and shake again to cool down everything.
- Strain into cocktail glass, garnish, and serve.
