  • 1/4 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 1.5 oz gin of choice
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • garnish - matcha powder and/or dried lime wheel


  1. For the matcha - in a cup whisk matcha powder and hot water until fully combined. Set aside.
  2. In a shaker add lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white, prepared matcha, and gin. Shake without ice and keep the lid on very tight.
  3. Carefully open the shaker and add ice, close, and shake again to cool down everything.
  4. Strain into cocktail glass, garnish, and serve.
