- 2 ounces Heavy Cream
- 1.5 oz Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 2 oz Sugar
- a dash of Cinnamon
- a dash of Ground Cayenne Pepper
- 5 oz Vanilla Vodka
- 5 oz Chocolate Liqueur
- For garnish: mini marshmallows
Instructions
- In a small saucepan add milk, heavy cream. cocoa powder, sugar, cinnamon, and cayenne. Bring to a near-boiling then turn off the heat so the cream won't burn. Whisk until combined.
- Let the hot chocolate cool off for about 5 minutes.
- Add vodka and chocolate liqueur to the mix, and stir to combine.
- Pour into shot glasses, and garnish with mini marshmallows.
Notes
This can also be served as a spiked hot chocolate (so like two servings), in which case cut the alcohol to half.
