Passion Fruit Martini

A Burst of Passion with Every Glass

Ingredients

  • 1 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz passion fruit liqueur
  • 1 oz passion fruit puree
  • 1 oz prosecco

Instructions

  1. In a shaker add ice, vodka, liqueur, and puree.
  2. Shake very well to chill and combine.
  3. Strain into chilled martini glass.
  4. From here either top with the prosecco, or serve the prosecco as a shot separately.

Notes

The separate shot of prosecco turns this into a Pornstar Martini. Pouring the prosecco in the glass cuts through the passion fruit and helps lift the entire drink. But, to each their own; try it both ways and see how you like it better.
