- peach slices for garnish (optional)

- In a champagne flute pour in 2 oz of peach puree
- Now slowly pour 2 oz of Prosecco (mind the foam)

The peach puree works best here, but really if you want to use something else like peach concentrate or peach juice it will get you a similar result.
