Raise Your Glass to Sparkling Strawberry Joy

  • 1 package frozen fruit concentrate (12 oz)
  • 2 oz water
  • 1.5 oz fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 4 oz fresh orange juice
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 bottle sparkling wine/champagne/prosecco
  • 24 oz hard seltzer

  1. In a large punch bowl add water, fruit concentrate, orange juice, lemon juice.
  2. Store in the fridge until ready to serve/guests arrive.
  3. Right before serving add sliced strawberries and pour in champagne and seltzer.

To keep this fresh, you can keep it on ice without adding ice cubes inside to water down the punch. If you do ad ice in the punch, add it before the alcohol.

Alternatively you could make batches of this (without champagne and ginger ale) and keep them in the fridge until the first batch runs out.

If you can't find or don't want to sue frozen concentrate, you can use bottled fruit concentrate and skip the added water.
