Ingredients
- 0.5 oz Coconut Rum
- 0.5 oz Melon Liqueur
- 0.5 oz Banana Liqueur
- 0.5 oz heavy cream
- Whipped cream for garnish
- Maraschino cherry for garnish
- Scooby Snack cracker for garnish
Instructions
- In an ice-filled shaker add all ingredients and shake very well
- Strain into shot glass, top with whipped cream
- Add cherry and Scooby Snack for garnish
- Serve immediately !
Notes
As with anything made with heavy cream, it can separate the longer you let the drink sit. Serve this as soon as you're done mixing it.
If you want to scale this you can absolutely make a larger drink instead of shots !
Tips & Tricks
If you’d like something non-dairy with a similar consistency, consider coconut cream instead of heavy cream. Similar results, and it amps up the coconut.
