Tokyo Iced Tea

A refreshing twist on a classic cocktail, blending Eastern inspiration with Western flair

Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz gin
  • 0.5 oz Midori (or any melon liqueur)
  • 0.5 oz white rum
  • 0.5 oz tequila
  • 0.5 oz triple sec
  • 0.5 oz vodka
  • 1.5 oz lemon soda
  • lemon wheel and maraschino cherry for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a shaker half-filled with ice add gin, melon liqueur, white rum, tequila, triple sec, vodka and shake well.
  2. Strain into ice-filled Collins glass.
  3. Top with lemon soda, stir gently.
  4. Add garnish and serve.

    Notes

    If you want this with a bit of a sour edge, you can make it with a sweet and sour mix plus club soda if you like, or you can keep the recipe as-is and add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
