White Tea Shots

Sharing is caring!

White Tea Shots are a fun and refreshing cocktail that doesn’t actually contain any tea. Instead, this shot combines peach schnapps, sweet & sour mix, and vodka, topped with a splash of lemon-lime soda. The result is a light and fruity drink that’s perfect for parties or gatherings, offering a smooth and slightly tangy taste that’s easy to enjoy.

Tasting Notes

The White Tea Shot starts with a sweet and fruity flavor from the peach schnapps, which is immediately complemented by the tangy notes of the sweet & sour mix. The vodka adds a smooth, clean finish, while the lemon-lime soda on top provides a refreshing, fizzy kick that lightens up the overall taste.

The combination of these ingredients creates a well-balanced shot that’s both sweet and tangy, making it a delightful and easy-to-drink option for any occasion. As you take a sip, the initial sweetness from the peach schnapps is balanced by the tartness of the sweet & sour mix.

The vodka blends seamlessly, adding a slight warmth without overpowering the other flavors. The fizzy lemon-lime soda adds a refreshing effervescence that makes the shot feel light and crisp. Overall, the White Tea Shot is a harmonious blend of flavors that dance on the palate, leaving a pleasant and refreshing aftertaste.

Tips & Tricks

Try using a flavored vodka, such as peach or citrus, to enhance the fruity notes.

Use a different soda, like ginger ale or tonic water, for a unique twist.

  • top with lemon-lime soda

Instructions

  1. In a shot glass add all of your ingredients, with the soda last.
  2. Garnish with lemon peel and serve.

You can also cool down the ingredients in a shaker with ice if you like, but we find it's easier to simply keep all ingredients cool before you build this. Or, make a larger batch (10-12 shots) and keep that cool.
