A floral fusion of gin, zesty lemon, and luscious blackberry sweetness
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz blackberry syrup
- pansies and lemon to garnish
Instructions
- In a shaker filled with ice combine gin, lemon juice, syrup, and shake very well.
- Strain into chilled rocks glass half-filled with ice.
- Add pansy and lemon wheel to garnish.
- Serve !
Notes
This is classed as a sour, but you can easily turn up the sweetness if you like by bumping up the syrup to 0.75 oz, in which case you'll get a prettier color.
Tips & Tricks
If you want to make this a higher proof drink, and/or don’t have blackberry syrup on hand, you can use Chambord instead (same ratio).
